Sarah Plumb

Sarah Plumb (MBACP)

I am a qualified, experienced counselling therapist with a busy private practice in South East Milton Keynes. I am passionate about the work I do and want to offer everyone the opportunity to access the support they need & recognise that with the right support, change is possible.

SLP Services was established in 2019, with Sarah providing practical and emotional support and advice to parent’s of newborns – establishing routines and encouraging healthy sleep patterns.

Through working in A&E, school nursing and in family homes Sarah developed an interest in the mental health and physical wellbeing of her clients, and went on to train as a fitness instructor, alongside training to be a counselling therapist.

SLP Support services expanded to offer a range of services, including fitness classes. Trying to juggle a busy family life, alongside running fitness classes, working as a nurse and building a private counselling practice became overwhelming and Sarah recognised the need to prioritise her workload.

SLP Support Services now focuses on providing Individual therapy services for Adults, Children & Young People and Couples Therapy.

Experience in working with substance misuse, addiction, abuse, relationship difficulties, self-harm, low self-esteem, bereavement, anxiety and depression.
